Andrea Matiauda
Andrea Matiauda is the General Counsel for Sapphire Technologies. She is also the General Counsel and Company Secretary for Calnetix Technologies.
Andrea joined Calnetix in 2005 and has played a key role in financing, M&A activity and establishment/sale of subsidiaries for the Calnetix group of companies.
Andrea began her legal career as a transactional attorney at Latham & Watkins. She earned her Juris Doctorate at the University of California, Los Angeles and holds a Bachelor of Arts from Duke University.
