Aditya Negi is the Vice President of Sales for Sapphire Technologies. Aditya has 16+ years of international experience in sales, business development, and operations across the power, renewables, and oil & gas industries.
Aditya joined Sapphire Technologies in November 2025, heading the company’s global sales activities for its FreeSpin® In-line Turboexpander platform.
Most recently, he was the Vice President of Asset Management & Operations at esVolta (a Generate Capital company). Prior to that, he held senior leadership roles at Siemens and Siemens Energy, including Head of Growth, North America, and Global Head of Total Asset Management for the Gas & Power Division. He began his career with Schlumberger (SLB) managing complex upstream E&P operations and deploying advanced technologies across the Middle East, South America, and North Africa.
Aditya holds an M.B.A. from IESE Business School in Barcelona, Spain and a B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering from IIT Bombay, India.
