Juan Villa is the Vice President of Operations at Sapphire Technologies. He brings more than 20 years of experience across manufacturing, supply chain, finance, logistics, and operational excellence.
Juan joined Sapphire Technologies in 2026 to lead the company’s manufacturing, supply chain, and quality organizations as Sapphire expands production and supports growing global demand for its power and cooling solutions.
Prior to joining Sapphire, Juan spent 14 years at NOV, where he held leadership roles across logistics, supply chain, manufacturing, and operational excellence, including responsibility for multi-site manufacturing operations in the United States and Mexico. Earlier in his career, he held finance and operations roles at Fisker Automotive, Kia Motors America, and Mazda North America. He began his career with the United States Marine Corps and holds degrees from Cal State Fullerton and the University of La Verne.
